This should be a post where I introduce myself and why I'm here. I don't really feel like doing that. If you found me via Twitter, you probably already know enough. Does this mean I get to rant now? I want to rant about the state of the world. About the state of America and this state in which I find myself. I want to rant about how politicians don't listen to the people who sign their checks anymore (that's us little folx). About how politicians vote on party lines rather than for things that matter, things like decency, standards, ideals, and yes, even idealism. (Because really, what's the point in making the world a better place - something most conservatives are staunchly against - if you don't have hope?) I'm talking about politicians of all stripes standing up and saying, "No, we do not need another war in the Middle East. Cancel tRump."
